Discover your motivations in working together

In Learning Lab ‘Let’s SCARF’ we look at the SCARF model as a means to better place sensitivities and preferences of our teammates and ourselves.

Our backpack will determine to a large extent where our sensitivities lie when working with others. One person is sensitive when someone does not communicate transparently, while another’s nerves start to trigger when his/her opinion is not asked.

“The SCARF model can help you gain insight into your teammates’ backpacks and understand why they sometimes react sensitively.”

If you then take this into account, the cooperation will only run smoother.

Your learning journey

This Learning Lab is divided into 4 different chapters that each add extra information to the topic. In the first two chapters (let’s explain & let’s dive deeper), the topic is explained in detail so that you are fully included. In the third chapter (let’s process) we offer information to process the topic even better and finally in chapter 4 (let’s reflect) we give you some exercises to get started yourself.

LET'S EXPLAIN
In the explainer video the SCARF model is explained with application in practice.
LET'S DIVE DEEPER
In the deepdive the theory is explained in an E-magazine based on a couple that dares to renovate their house together.
LET'S PROCESS
The processing is an animated video about the SCARF model by David Rock.
LET'S REFLECT
In the self reflection you are challenged to map your own SCARF.
