My view on resilience
In Learning Lab 'My view of resilience', we discover the potential of our own resilience by gaining insight into what resilience means, what our triggers are and by gaining an insight into how we react to stress and change.
Resilience is cited as one of the most important skills to develop and keep developing yourself as a human being in a world of continuous change.
"Resilience is the time we take to bounce back straight after setbacks and to adapt to an ever-changing environment."
And this resilience as well as our ability to adapt and learn (agility) has allowed us to survive as a species.
Fortunately, resilience is a skill we can partly develop.
Your learning journey
This Learning Lab is divided into 4 different chapters that each add extra information to the topic. In the first two chapters (let’s explain & let’s dive deeper), the topic is explained in detail so that you are fully included. In the third chapter (let’s process) we offer information to process the topic even better and finally in chapter 4 (let’s reflect) we give you some exercises to get started yourself.
