In Learning Lab ‘The mindshift’, we will look at ourselves to see when we experience feedback as criticism and how we can change our mindset.
Feedback is the fastest way to growth and better performance. Whether you turn feedback into a habit depends on your mindset.
“By mindset, we mean the glasses through which you look at the world the world and yourself.”
It is a set of ideas and perceptions that you have about yourself and your own developability. This obviously has a great influence on the way you deal with feedback. That is why it is important to reflect on your own mindset. In this Learning Lab we will look at ourselves to see when we experience feedback as criticism and how we can change our mindset.
Your learning journey
This Learning Lab is divided into 4 different chapters that each add extra information to the topic. In the first two chapters (let’s explain & let’s dive deeper), the topic is explained in detail so that you are fully included. In the third chapter (let’s process) we offer information to process the topic even better and finally in chapter 4 (let’s reflect) we give you some exercises to get started yourself.
In the explainer video, the topic is framed and the difference between fixed and growth mindset is explained.
LET'S DIVE DEEPER
In the deepdive the theory is explained in an E-magazine and we look at how you can change a fixed mindset into a growth mindset.
The processing is an E-quiz to recognise the fixed and growth mindset voices in yourself.
The self reflection is a quick scan to find out in which domains you have a fixed mindset and an exercise to change it into a growth mindset.
